Selhurst Park hosted an entertaining but ultimately difficult afternoon for Crystal Palace Women as they welcomed Tottenham Hotspur in the third round of the 2026/27 Women’s Super League season.
Tottenham created the majority of the opportunities during a lively first half, but Palace defended resolutely to keep Spurs at bay and send the sides into the break level at 0-0.
However, the game changed dramatically after the restart as Tottenham found their rhythm in front of goal and took complete control of the contest.
Olivia Holdt led the way with a hat-trick, while Victoria Pelova, Amanda Nildén and Shekiera Martinez also found the net as Spurs produced a ruthless second-half display to secure a 7-0 victory.
