Cardiff came into this match off the back of a 9-0 win against Cardiff Met the previous Sunday, knowing a win in this match would clinch the league title.

Cardiff went 1-0 up after 30 mins with a long range shot from Ffion Price, within two minutes Beth Lewis had levelled the match for TNS.

Following the half time break Cardiff scored in the 55th minute through Siobhan Walsh and were awarded a penalty in the 84th minute which Walsh also scored to make it 3-1.

Another penalty was awarded to Cardiff in the final minutes of the match but this was dragged wide by Walsh.

At the final whistle the Cardiff players erupted and now as champions of the Adran Premier League they look forward to a place in Europe next season.
