Photo Diary: Cardiff City 9-0 Cardiff Met

Some might say a week is a long time in football, well for Cardiff City and Cardiff Met the last week or so has seen extremes of emotions. Firstly Met beat City 3-1 in the Adran Trophy final on Sunday, 12th March, following this there were a number of cryptic tweets sent by members of the Met team in support of Yzzy Tayor, Met’s manager.

City and Met then met again this last Sunday,19th March with the non-attendance of Taylor. City dominated the game from the kick off, scoring five before half-time. A further four second half goals ended the match 9-0 to City.

The day following the match Taylor announced on Twitter that she was stepping down as Met’s manager.

City now require one win in their last three games to win the league title, starting with a home match against The New Saints this coming Sunday, 26th March.
