Durham’s never say die approach was evident as they come back from behind twice against Manchester United to win on penalties in the League Cup.
Jade Moore put United ahead only for Jessica Clarke to equalise. It looked to be three points going back with United thanks to Vilde Boe Risa, however, Sarah Robson ignited wild celebrations when she scored an injury time equaliser to take the match to penalties. Naoisha McAloon saved twice for Durham.
