Arsenal were held to a frustrating 0–0 draw by Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadium as the Gunners dominated possession and chances but were unable to find a way past a resilient Palace defence.
Arsenal started brightly and came close to opening the scoring inside the opening 10 minutes, with Mariona Caldentey seeing an effort come back off the crossbar. The hosts finished with 30 attempts on goal and almost 80% possession, but Palace refused to be broken down.
Crystal Palace held firm through the closing stages, with Peyraud-Magnin producing another crucial save to preserve her clean sheet. Arsenal continued to press for a late winner but ultimately had to settle for a point.
