Kappa and London City Lionesses Announce Kit Partnership

Kappa and London City Lionesses have this morning announced a kit partnership. This will see Kappa provide the Club including all teams, management and backrooms staff with technical apparel. Kappa will be working with the Club to design fully bespoke home and away playing kits which will be unveiled at a key point in the season. The partnership will also see the introduction of a replica kit and merchandising range to be available via www.londoncitylionesses.com.

The London City Lionesses compete in The FA Women’s Championship, the second tier of the women’s domestic game in England and finished fourth in their debut season.

Kappa is renowned for its inclusivity and appeal to a large audience across both genders and different generations. Founded in Turin in 1967, Kappa’s iconic logo of a silhouette of a boy and a girl sitting back to back is known around the world. Kappa is currently worn by some the greatest professional clubs around Europe including Napoli FC, Real Betis and AS Monaco, while also working with clubs, leagues and associations across the world in various sports.

Kappa is a key player in the UK sport landscape. Its partnerships include the British Basketball League, Leeds United FC and Aston Villa FC. Kappa has also been recently announced as the Official Apparel Sponsor of the Rugby League World Cup, which will take place next year in the England.
