The wonderful folks at the Football Supporters’ Association have recently shared the nominations for their 2025 Awards. Time is ticking away if you want to get behind the great and the good from women’s football.
Vote now – cast your votes for your favourites.
Now in their fifteenth year, this year’s FSA Awards are the largest yet, with 18 awards in total to be dished out on the night, recognising everything from the best players of the past year to the best podcasts and fanzines in both the men’s and women’s game. But I am only really interested in the latter!
The shortlist for the Women’s Player of the Year features Arsenal’s Champions League-winning pair of Alessia Russo and Mariona Caldentey, alongside the title-winning pair of Chelsea’s Erin Cuthbert and Millie Bright. Joining them are the Manchester-based pair of United’s Maya Le Tissier and City’s Yui Hasagawa.
Ten categories are open to a public vote, with the rest being decided by an FSA panel.
The shortlist for our Goal of the Year Award will be announced the week before the ceremony, and will also be decided by a fan vote.
Voting is open until midday on Monday 17th November, so please don’t hang about. Being a fan vote, this genuinely means more to the nominees/winners.

The ceremony will be held at Nobu in Portman Square, London, on Monday 1st December, presented by Victoria Derbyshire.
