Brighton and Hove Albion returned to the AMEX ahead of the new season, against European giants PSG. Both teams fought and battled to find a winner but it eventually ended all square at the AMEX with PSG taking the lead through 15 year old Alyssa Charlier before Brighton equalised through a free kick from Maisie Symonds in the 85th minute. Both PSG and Brighton played two separate 11s across the 90 mins to help spread minutes and loads across all players ahead of their domestic seasons.
